Piney Woods School Guest Inn and Suites
HOW RESERVATIONS ARE MADE:
Reservations are made by telephone (601-845-2214, ext. 274), email dcraft@pineywoods.org or in person. The following information is required: Name, address, city/state/zip, telephone number (business and/or home), arrival/departure dates, number of people in party (adults and children), unit preference, transportation arrangements, and payment method.
THE NORTH:
The North consists of seven unique units. Below is a brief description of each unit and its features:
Unit # 1-$50 per night (601) 845-8300
One bedroom with a full bed, shower, microwave, refrigerator and TV: can accommodate a couple.
Unit # 2-$50 per night (601) 845-8309
One bedroom with a full bed; a living room with a sofa sleeper, shower, microwave, refrigerator and TV: can accommodate 2-4 persons.
Unit # 3 $ 45 per night (601) 845-8312
One bedroom with a full bed and bath; can accommodate 2-4 persons: a twin size sleeper, microwave, refrigerator and TV.
Unit # 4 $85 per night Suite (VIP’s and No Children) (601) 845-7095
Unit # 5-$50 per night (601) 845-8347
One bedroom with twin beds, full bath, love seat, microwave, refrigerator and TV: can accommodate 1 or 2 persons.
Unit # 6 $55 per night (601) 845-8902
One bedroom with a full bath, microwave, refrigerator and TV; can accommodate 2 persons.
Unit # 7-$85 Suite (VIP’s and No Children) (601) 845-8901
1 bedroom with a king bed; can accommodate 2 persons. It has a sitting area, full-size kitchen and bath. The suite has unique paintings (drawn by students), oriental rugs, mahogany furniture (donated by Joe and Carolyn Camp), a television and telephone.
THE SOUTH:
The South consists of five unique units. Below is a brief description of each unit and its features
Unit # 8 $65 per night
One bedroom with a complete bathroom, living room, dining area, and kitchen, (range, refrigerator and microwave), washer and dryer, central heating and cooling, telephone extension and cable TV.
Units # 9, 10, 11, and 12 $55 per night
All are (1 Studio bedroom, which has a full bathroom, kitchen (range, refrigerator and microwave), central heating and air, telephone extension and cable TV.

SPECIAL RESERVATIONS”
During major events like Founder’s Day, Commencement, etc., the president’s office will utilize the Guest Inn and Suites-for special guests. Reservations cannot be made during this time.
POLICY FOR STUDENTS VISITING CAMPUS GUESTS:
Students must follow standard check out procedures: (complete Check-out Form and receive appropriate approval).
Parent(s) or guardian must check the student out of the residence hall(s).If the guest wishes to take a student that is NOT their child to the guest facilities, The Piney Woods School must have the permission of the absent parent to release the student to the guest, and the guest’s name must appear on the student’s Leave Authorization Form.
Under no circumstances will male and female students be allowed to reside in one of the guest units at the same time, unless they are siblings.
Once the student is checked out, he/she is not to return to the residence hall until the guest checks the student back into the residence hall.
Once the student is checked out of the dorm then the parent/guardian becomes solely responsible for the student.
Students checked out to the Guest Inn and Suites-North/South should not be on campus after 10:00 pm without parental/guardian supervision.
