Recognizing the unique talents of every student has long been core to our academic focus. We develop our students further by building from their personal strengths and individual talents. We devise, for each child, a specific academic, enrichment, and experiential program (i.e. concept mapping, analytical reading, etc.) through a specific session in which every instructor who teaches the student participates. This individualized, comprehensive approach promotes a professional and dynamic learning community that shares students’ strengths and designs unique and powerful learning experiences that are aptly rigorous, reinforcing and individually rewarding.
