Piney Woods No-Tuition Promise

At The Piney Woods School, we believe a student’s potential should not be limited by a family’s ability to pay tuition. That is why every admitted learner receives a full tuition scholarship.

No tuition does not mean there are no costs associated with attending a residential school. Families may contribute toward room, meals, fees, insurance, and other residential expenses based on their financial circumstances and the school’s established financial review process. Additional scholarship support may be available to help qualifying families meet those costs.

This model is made possible through the generosity of alumni, donors, foundations, community partners, and friends who believe in expanding access to a transformative Piney Woods education.

Preparing for What’s Next

The PWS No-Tuition Promise expands access to an education that empowers learners to pursue ambitious goals and lead with integrity and purpose.

A Promise That Opens Doors

Because donors make the Piney Woods No-Tuition Promise possible, learners can focus on preparing for their futures. Every member of the Class of 2026 secured a postsecondary pathway, with graduates continuing their education or committing to military service. The class of just 20 graduates earned admission to more than 60 colleges, universities, and vocational schools around the world and collectively received nearly $6 million in scholarship offers.
