Reset & Recharge: Learners Embrace Wellness at Piney Woods

In the midst of a busy semester, Piney Woods learners took time to pause, breathe, and reconnect during a campus-wide Wellness Workshop designed to nurture the mind, body, and spirit.
The day began with light stretching and mindful reflection, allowing students to center themselves and embrace the power of stillness. Guided by staff, learners explored techniques for stress relief, self-awareness, and journaling—tools to help them manage the demands of academic life while maintaining emotional balance.
Following the quiet time, the atmosphere shifted to one of joy and connection as students enjoyed a selection of board games and fellowship, bringing laughter and community into the mix.
The day served as a powerful reminder that well-being is essential to excellence—a reflection of Piney Woods’ holistic approach to education that cultivates not only the intellect but also the heart and soul.
